IN RE: The Adoption of
LESLIE SUZANNE HUTKO
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS ACTION came on for hearing on the 15th day of August, 1980,
upon the verified petition for adoption filed by the Petitioners,
ALBERT JOSEPH HUTKO and LOIS NANCY HUTKO, his wife, the consent of ~44

the natural mother of the child, and upon the answer and recommendation 3
filed by the Florida Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services,
and it appearing to the Court that the Petitioners are fit and proper t
persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that the
best interest of the child will be~promoted by the adoption, and
that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, and
the Court being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is:
ADJUDGED that the minor child known as LESLIE SUZANNE HUTKO is
declared to be the legal child of the Petitioners. ALBERT JOSEPH
HUTKO and LOIS NANCY HUTKO, his wife, and is given the name of
LESLIE SUZANNE HUTKO, by which name she shall hereafter be known,

and it is
ADJUDGED that said child shall be the child and legal heir of
~ the Petitioners, ALBERT JOSEPH HUTKO and LOIS NANCY HUTKO, his wife,
entitled to all rights and privileges, and subject to all obligations
of children born to Petitioners.
