. 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementtoned prowissory note and
mort4aoe. the provisions of which are specifically reaffirleed by Lhe new.

5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties.
6. The Owners} shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
tent and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said
• mortgage and the makers} of al,ltpromissory notes secured thereby. .
7. The Association hereby ag~ees that the credit of the Owners}
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the,
sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and thle Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
property to the Owner(s) . . ' = • !
