in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine hundred and eighty

BETWEEN
RICHARD EMIL SPOONER and BETTY JANE SPOONER, his wife
party of the first part, and
WADF. A. BEHR and MARGARET W. BFHR, his wife -
• ~ party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, That if the said party of the second part shall first
make the payments and performs the covenants hereinafter mentioned,
the said party of the first Hart hereby covenant(s) and agree(s), to
convey and assure to the said party of the second part, ~ heirs,
executors, administrators or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all
encumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient deed, the following-
described land lying in sc. Lucie County, Florida.
Lot 15, Block 71, INDIAN RIVER ESTATES Unit 8, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 10, page 73 of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

and the said party of the second part hereby covenant(s) and agree(s)
to pay to the said party of the first part the sum of
- ---THIRTY THOUSAND Dollars, with interest at the rate
of 11.5% per centum per annum, in the manner following until paid:

Seller to receive $10,000.00 at time of closing. Buyer agrees to pay the first mortgage
~I payments of $245.00 at 11.5% interest rate, beginning September 10, 1979, directly
to First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Ft. Pierce.

And to pay all taxes, assessments or impositions that may be legal~.y /

Insured in some company satisfactory to the party of the first part,
and payable for the parties, respectively as their interests may
appear, in a sum not less than
THIRTY THOUSAND Dollars
during the term of this agreement.
The above-described. premises is encumbered by the lien of the
following-described mortgage (hereinafter referred to as mortgage):

of Fort Pierce recorded in Official Records Book 313 page 1861 dated July 24, 1979
