and says that she is the Manager of SECURITY PACIFIC FINANCE CORP., 2328
S. Congress Awe. Suite 1-C, W. Palm Beach, Florida, and makes this affidavit
for and in behalf of the corporation.
AFFIANT says that the interest rate set forth in a nortgage recorded in
Official Record Book 335 Page 1434 is slightly incorrect due to a computer
error, the amount set forth in the.Premissory Kote being-correct. Said mort-
gage Mas executed by Victory Construction Inc., AFlorida-Corporation, to
SECURITY PACIFIC FII~'ANCE CORP, covering land in pt. St. Lucie County
described as follows:
Lot 16, VIKINGS LANDING, PHASE ONE, according to the plafi thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book 18, Page 7, of the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida,
stated in said mortgage as an annual percentage rate of Seventeen and 44/100 (17.44)
per annum.
