MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT i
This Agreement made this ~Tpday of Augu$t, 1980, by and l

between DAVID L. WALKER, party of the first part, hereinafter
referred to as "WALKER", and RENNETA L. NEILL, ROY L. NEILL
and JAMES DAVID NEILL, parties of the second part, hereinafter
referred to as "NEILL", and SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
' of the third part, hereinafter referred to as "SUN BANK". `
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of November, 1978, Walker and
Neill borrowed from Sun Bank the sum of $225,000.00 and executed
and delivered to Sun Bank their promissory note for said amount
payable on or before November 27, 1979, bearing interest at the `
rate of 108 per annum; and
WH~:Rk:AS, the indebtedness evidenced by the aforementioned j
$225,000.00 promissory note is secured by a first purchase money
mortgage given by Walker and Neill to Sun Bank on the following
described lands in St. Lucie County, Florida:
Lots 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27, of INDUSTRIAL
SUBDIVISION, as per plat in Plat Book 9, page 5, St.
` Lucie County, Florida, except that part of Lot 20
described as:
Begin at SE corner of Lot 20, run West along South
{ line of Lot 20, 115 feet, thence Northerly parallel
~ _ to the West boundary of Lot 20, to the R.O.W. of
' F.E.C. Branch line to Farmers Market as shown on
~~-plat or INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION, thence Southeasterly _
along R.O.W. line to East line of Lot 20, thence
Southerly along East line to Point of Beginning; and
WHEREAS, said first purchase money mortgage (hereinafter
referred to as the Mortgage) dated November 27, 1978, was_re-
corded on November 27, 1978, in O.R. Book 298, at page 1898,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
~ WHEREAS, the maturity date of the Mortgage has been ex-
tended until November 27, 1980, and the interest rate increased
to 13$ per annum in accordance with the terms of that certain<
Mortgage Modification Agreement dated December 14, 1979, and
recorded on December 20, 1979, in O.R. Book 322, at page 1707,
of.~the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
