10. Except as hereby modified, all other terms and con-

ditions of the Mortgage and promissory note secured thereby,
as modified by the Modification Agreement recorded in O.R.
Book 322,- at page 1707,-of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, are hereby ratified, confirmed and approved.
11. Except as specifically provided herein, nothing '
• contained herein shall be construed to impair the security of -
Sun Bank under the Mortgage.
12. This agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be
binding upon the parties hereto and their personal representa-
tives, heirs, beneficiaries, successors and assigns. In-the
interpretation of this agreement, the singular shall include
the plural and vice versa whenever the context requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agree-
went in triplicate, each of which shall be considered an
original, the-day and year first above written.
