SATISFACTION OF COST JUDGMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That PATSY O.
ADAMS, as personal representative of the Estate of ANDRE
ADAMS, deceased, the owner and holder of a certain cost
judgment dated July 28, 1980, in that certain cause in
which PATSY O. ADAMS, is Plaintiff, and ARTHUR DAVIS
d/b/a ACTION MART, PENINSULAR FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY,
and CALVIN SMITH are Defendants, the same being Case Number
79-105 CA, the said judgment having been entered in
O. R. Book 335, page 2139, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, has received all amounts due from
ARTHUR DAVIS d/b/a ACTIOtJ MART, PENINSULAR FIRE INSURANCE

COMPANY and CALVIN SMITH under said judgment and hereby
requests and orders the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and

for St. Lucie County, Florida to cancel said judgment as
against ARTHUR DAVIS d/b/a ACTION MART, PENINSULAR FIRE
INSURANCE COMPANY, and CALVIN SMITH.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, PHILIP GERSON, Attorney of record
for Plaintiff, PATSY O. ADAMS, as personal representative
of the Estate of ANDRE ADAMS, deceased, has hereunto
