~ THIS CAUSE having come on before the Court upon .the
Petition of the Guardian of the Property to place a mortgage
upon real property, upon which the Ward has an undivided one-
half (1/2) interest, and the Court, having considered the
same, and being fully advised in the premises, it is
QRDFRFn AND ADJUDGED that DOROTHY CONBOY, Guardian
of the Property of THOMAS CONBOY, is hereby authorized and
empowered to enter into and encumber the real property in which
the Ward has an undivided one-half (1/2) interest in Saint
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 26, RIVER PARK UNIT NO. 3, Plat
Book 10, Page 80, as per plat thereof on file
in Plat Book 10, Page 80 of the Public Records of
Saint Lucie County, Florida
with a Mortgage to HARRIS CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION, as Tzustee,
