ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT ,
THIS CAUSE coming before the Court upon the sworn Petition.
of IAN MACPHERSON and NANCY MACPHERSON, individually and as next
friends and natural guardians of the minor Plaintiff, HUGH MACPHERSON,
and the Court having considered record, heard the testimony. regarding
the facts and circumstances surrounding the accident which is the subject
matter of this suit, having examined the exhibits submitted and being
I; otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon,
j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED-that:
C 1. The negotiations for the settlement of this cause have
been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance and advise of
their respective counsel of record with diligence and caution, so as
f
to fairly compensate the minor Plaintiff;
2. The sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) is to be
paid by the Defendants to IAN MACPHERSON and NANCY MACPHERSON, as natural
guardians and next friends of the minor Plaintiff, HUGH MACPHERSON,
as settlement in favor of the said minor Plaintiff, for his damages
and that said settlement is hereby ratified and approved;
3. The amount in controversy, the parties, the subject
matter of the said cause, and all other jurisdictional facts are found
to be within the authority and jurisdiction of this Court; i
