FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE came for trial before the undersigned Judge of
the above-styled Court upon the issues and the record, a jury having
been expressed waived by the parties; and, the Court finding that it
has jurisdiction over the subject matter and of the parties; and having
reviewed and approved the Petition submitted by IAN MACPHERSON and NANCY
MACPHERSON, as natural guardians and next friends of the minor Plaintiff,
HUGH MACPHERSON, and having heard the evidence in the discussion of
~ counsel for the respective parties, and having approved the settlement

in favor of the Palintiffs and against the Defendants; and being fully
advised in the premises it is thereupon, upon consideration thereof,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff,.HUGH MACPHERSON,
a minor, suing. through his next friends and natural guardians, IAN
MACPHERSON and NANCY MACPHERSON, shall have and recover of and from the f
Defendants, T. & J. MOBILE HOME, WILLIAM T. MACPHERSON and ALLSTATE
INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00); and '
ZT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that IAN MACPHERSON and
NANCY MACPHERSON, individually, shall have and recover of and from the
Defendants, T. & J. MOBILE HOME, WILLIAM T. MACPHERSON, and ALLSTATE
INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).
