Purchaser further acknowledges receipt of and rradinl; :nrd cxauiiuat ion of said Ieclaration,
its I:xltihits, ~uul budget, sales brochure :end floor plan, and acknowledl;c.s th:+t each and ~
every provision of the foregoing is essential to the successful olreration and n4utagement
of the Cattdominium Property and is in the hest interests and for thc~hcnefit of all the -
owners therein. Purchaser and all o+vrtcrs of parcels in the aforcdescrihed Condominium
covenant and agree to abide by each and e~~et}• provision of said heclaration of Condominium
and Exhibits attached thereto. Purchaser hereby ratifies and confitius and aphrovcs all
