5. This agreement is binding upon the heirs and assigns of the parties.
{
6. That the undersigned shall be bound to the Mortgagee to the same extent
and in the same manner as if the undersigned were Mortgagor under said mortgage and
the maker of all promisssory notes secured thereby.
' ~ 7. The Association hereby agrees that the credit of the Owner(s) is satis-
factory and that the above-stated new interest rate payable on the sums secured by
said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association hereby consents to the sale,
transfer and/or conveyance of the aforesaid mortgaged property to the Owner(s).
S. The Owner(s) hereby assumes, in addition to the mortgage obligation
referred to above, ali of the supplemental conditions executed at the time of the 1
mortgage obligation, which conditions are referred to either as "Supplemental Agree-
ment" or "Uniform and Non-Uniform Covenants" and assumes those conditions as fully `
as though the undersigned has executed said written agreement.
