THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Motion of the Defendants to

j Consolidate actions for trial and the Court having heard argument of all counsel ,
bein fully advised in thepremises , and finding that there are common questions

of law and fact and that unnecessary costs and/or delay would be avoided by the

consolidation of these actions for trial , it is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Consolidate actions for trial
~ be and the same is hereby granted , and the above-styled cases bearing numbers
78-144 CA and 7?-167 CA shall proceed to trial as consolidated cases, and it is
