Pursuant to Rule 1.200 R.C.P., Pre-Trial Conference is hereby ~
scheduled as above indicated. Prior to the above stated time:
~~(1) Counsel shall hold a preliminary conference at least one (1) ;
-hour before the above time, for the purpose of resolving as
many disputed issues as possible, including jury instructions,
and
~((2) Counsel shall file with the Cleric and serve a copy on opposing
~T counsel at least two days prior to pre-trial conference, a
statement setting forth:
_ (a) A concise statement of the nature of the action; '

` (b) A brief general statement of each party's case;
~ 1 .(c) Facts to be admitted;
~ (d) Facts which remain to be litigated;
(e) Issues to be abandoned; i
(f) Issues of law which remain for determination by the Court;
o~ (g) Unusual or questionable points of law, with citations, to be
relied on at trial;
(h) Disagreements as to application of the Florida Rules of Civil
procedure and Rules of Evidence;
(i) All witnesses, except parties, to be called at trial, including ~
impeachment wit>~fesses; (To which counsel will be limited by
{ Order on Pre-Trial Conference) -
f (j) Aa itemized schedule of all documentary and tangible evidence
or exhibits, demonstrative or otherwise;
(k) A list of all pending motions or other matters which require
,action by the Court;
(1) Remaining witnesses to be deposed and dates of discovery
hearings;

(3) All evidence listed in the schedule requir~~.~,E~,~~~aph_?~(,j )
shall be made available to and shall be examined by opposing
counsel prior to the conference..
(4) Counsel for Plaintiff shall file complete proposed jury in-
a structions, each on a separate sheet, including general in-
structions, with authorities cited, prior to preliminary
°C conference. Counsel for Defendant shall file proposed jury

instructions at the same time.

S) Experience has shown that the Pre-Trial Conference is more
effective if the parties to the cause do not attend.
G~ 6) No matters will be considered at Pre-Trial except as provided
by Rule 1.200. ~
