~ ORDER ON PLAINTIFF'S REQUESTS TO PRODUCE
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the Plaintiff s various Requests
f
to Produce, dated June 16, June 17, and June 19, 1980, and also upon the Defendants'
Objections to said Requests to Produce, and the Court having heard argument and
a
being fully advised in thQ premises , it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. As to the Request to Produce dated June 16, 1980, the Defendants'
Objections are overruled and the lead locomotive is to be produced in Jacksonville
at the Bowden Yard within four (4) weeks for photographing by Plaintiff , with the
proviso that appropriate releases shall be executed by all persons entering upon
the railroad premises and equipment .
