HomeMy WebLinkAbout0373 2. The Defendants' Objections to the Request to Produce dated
June 17. 1980 are overruled with the following provisions affecting the items
sought:
a. Only the portion of the surveys specifically directed to the
Wilcox Road crossing are to be produced within thirty (30) days; !

b. The Bilbrey photographs are to be copied, if possible,
from negatives , if negatives exist , or from Polaroid photographs , and such copies
are to be sent to Plaintiff s counsel within thirty (30) days;
c. Pursuant to oral motion of the Defendants, all photographs
which all parties intend to use at the trial are to be mutually exchanged and copies
made for all counsel if said photographs are able to be copied .
3. The Defendants' Objections to the Request to Produce dated
June 19 , 1980 , are overruled with the proviso that Plaintiff's counsel must obtain
express written permission of Mr . Haulsee , and further , the Request is limited
only to the personnel file with scut-off date of June 9 , 1980 , which is to be pro-
duced within thirty (30) days
