delive~rthereof, in the name and on behalf of the Church,
by Mar~gar+et M. Seder, Chairman of the Crnancil of the Church
be, and the same hereby is ratified and confirmed;
(3) Margazwet M. Seder, Chairman of the Council of the Church be,
and she hereby is, authorized to execute arxi deliver, in the
name and on behalf of the Church, aquit-claim deed. conveying

the above described property to said Claudine R. Simon and

Kay MacDer~mott, the Secretary of the Church, be, and she ~
hereby is, authorized to affix the seal of the Chnu~ch to said
deed and to attest thereto; and

deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, such other
