the beneficiaries of the decedent pursuant to Section 733.105
of the Florida Statutes, and after formal notice pursuant
to Section 731.301 of the Florida Statutes to all parties
having or claiming to have any interest in the estate, it is
ADJUDGED, that LLEtVELYN S. CARROLL, whose residence

New York, 11363, is the niece of the decedent, Francine Grad,
a.k.a. Frances Grad, deceased and is the decedent's sole
heir and the only person who has any interest whatsoever in
the decedent's estate as an heir. '
