ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 20~ da of
Y
1980 upon the wife's Petition for Temporary Relief,-and the Court
after hearing argument of Counsel, and the Court being otherwisw
advise in the premises it is thereupon:
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. POSSESSION OF MARITAL HOME. The wife is given temporary
and exclusive possession of the parties marital home which is lo-
~ Gated at 1507 Edgewood Terrace, Fort Pierce, Florida.

2. RENTAL PAYMENT. That the wife is hereby Ordered to pay
the monthly rental payments on the home of the parties.
3. RESTRAINING ORDER. .That each of the parties herein and
hereby restrained from molesting, harassing, or otherwise bother-
ing each other in any manner whatsoever. The Restraining Order
is enforceably by the Sheriff of the State of Florida and their
deputies of the State of Florida shall take the offending party
into custody without further order of the Court.
4. JURISDICTION, Jurisdiction of this cause, and the partie
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may
be ro er.
