ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on the Wife's application for
an emergency restraining order and it appearing to the Court
that the Petitioner. is entitled to the temporary relief
demanded without notice, that there exists eminent danger
of great hare: to the Wife by the Husband, that there have '
been previous occurrences where the Husband-has inflicted
bodily harm upon the Wife, that there have been recent
acts of violence by the Husband upon the Wife and that the
Wife is without funds with which to post a bond, and that
the acts of violence apprehended will be done unless relief
is granted, it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband, GEORGE F. LOCKWOOD

is hereby enjoined and restrained from coming about molesting,
~ harassing, harming or annoying the Wife, ANNA M. LOCRWOOD,
and further that the Sheriff of St.Lucie County, Florida and
the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their deputies are
hereby directed to enforce the terms of this Order and should
the Husband tvlr , molest, harass harm or-annoy the Wife
then the Sheriff or his deputies are directed to take the
Husband into custody without further hearing before this Court
This Order shall remain in full force and effect until
further order of the Court.
