MODIFICATION OF MORTGAGE AND NOTE AS TO TERMS OF PAYMENT
Whereas, on the 22nd day of January, 1980, ROBERT SHAW
and JOYCE SHAW, made and executed a certain mortgage and note to '
FELIX BER~itJDEZ and ADELA G. BERMUDEZ, his wife, and the same was
thereafter filed and recorded under Clerk's File No. 474428, in
Official Record Book 324, pages 2280-2282, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, covering the following described lands in
St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Lot 8, Block 344, PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 25,
according to the plat thereof as recorded in
Plat Book 13, pages 32 and 32A through 32I, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Said mortgage being given to secure one (1) note of
even date therewith in the sum of $17,000.00, payable in annual
installments of $2,500.00 each, beginning December 31, 1980, and a
like amount of the 31st day of December of each year-thereafter until
the entire balance of $17,000.00 is paid in full.
Whereas, the said Mortgagors hereby request the said
Mortgagees to change and modify the terms~of the payment of the note
and, mortgage to include interest at 5-1/2 percent per annum.
Now therefore, this agreement witnesseth, that for and in
consideration of the sum of Ten ($10.00) Dollars this day paid by
the Mortgagors, the receipt thereof being hereby acknowledged, the
~dortgagees, FELIX BERMUDEZ and ADELA G. BERMUDEZ, his wife, do hereby

! modify the terms of the payment of the note and mortgage so that the
principal balance in the amount of $17,000.00 shall be payable in
annual installments of $2,500.00_plus interest at the rate of 5-1/2
percent per annum, the first of said payments to be made on thet 31st
day of December, 1980 and the like sum of $2,500.00 %n thet~lst day .
of December of each year thereafter, until said note or any balance
thereof shall be paid in full. Interest on the unpaid principal
balance of said note to be paid annually on December 31st of each year.
