SUSANNA G. BROWN, who being first duly sworn, deposes and
says;
1. Affiant, SUSANNA G. BROWN, is the unremarried
widow of THOMAS M. BROWN, Deceased, who died on October 2,
1979.
2. Affiant was continuously married to the said
THOMAS M. BROWN, from the date they took title to the real
property described on the attached Exhibit "A", on November 15,
1973, until the date of his death on October 2, 1979.
