TO those certain lots, parcels or tracts of lands, situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, and State of Florida,
more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
All that part of the E 1/2 of Section 12, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East lying North of the Turnpike Feeder Road, and all

East lying North of said Turnpike Feeder Road;
Less and excepting therefrom a parcel of approximately
