EASSrlENT AGREE!lENT AND RELEASE ~ ~

THIS AGREEMENT made this 6 day of June ,
1980, by and between R. MARSHI~LL BROWN, GRETCHEN F. BROWN, SUSANNA
G. BROWN, THOMAS A. GREALISH and MARGARET A. GREALISH, his wife,
JAMES W. HART and JOANNE HART, his wife, and FRANCIS A. ASTORINO j
and MILDRED S. ASTORINO, his wife, hereafter collectively called
'GRANTORS" and MOBILE HOME ENVIRONMENTAL SYSTEMS, INC., a Florida
corporation, hereinafter called 'GRANTEE'.

property described on the attached Exhibit "A' and the GRANTEE
is the owner of the adjoining property to the north described on
Exhibit 'B'; the GRANTORS and GRANTEE herein being the respective-
successors in interest to the Buyer and Sellers in that certain
Agreement dated November 16, 1970, and recorded in Official Records
Book 188, pages 889 through 894, of the Public Records of St. Lucie L
County, Florida.
WHEREAS, Paragraphs 3 and 4., of the above stated November 16,
1970, Agreement granted in part a temporary easement across a portion

of the property described on the attached Exhibit "A", with the
contemplation that a future dedication or permanent easement or _

~ easements would be made try the owner of the property described on
Exhibit "A" and the GRANTOR and GRANTEE, in fulfillment and satis-

j faction and release of the terms and conditions of said Paragraphs 3
and 4, have now agreed on the location and terms of such a permanent x
easement.
f NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum of TEN
~ AND NO/100---($10.00)---DOLLARS and other good and valuable
considerations, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and Yn
consideration of the mutual promises herein contained, the parties

4 agree as follows:
1) GRANT: GRANTORS hereby grant unto GRANTEE, its
successors and assigns a permanent easement in common with GRANTORS,
