SCHMIDT, deceased, the holder of the following mortgages, to
wit:

a). Mortgage executed by ROGER L. TOFFOLON, as~trustee,
" to WILLIAM C. SCHMIDT, dated March 24, 1969, and re-
corded in Official Records Book 176, page 1286, public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
b). Mortgage executed by ROGER L. TOFFOLON, as trustee,
to WILLIAM C. SCHMIDT, dated April 28, 1970, and re- s
corded in Official Records Book 184, page 1175, public
records of St. Lucie county, Florida;
both of the aforesaid mortgages having been consoli-
dated into one mortgage by that certain mortgage
consolidation and extension agreement dated April 24,
1970, and recorded in Official Records Book 184, page
1178, public~~records of St. Lucie County, Florida;
hereby on this ~Q~ day of July, 1980, acknowledges full
payment and satisfaction of both of the above-described wort-
gages as so consolidated, and of the obligations secured
thereby and directs the Clerk of the Circuit Court of said
County to cancel said mortgages of record.
