THIS ACTION was heard upon the Plaintiff's Complaint filed
herein, a default having been entered in this cause against the
Defendants for failure tc serve or file any paper as required
by law, and upon the evidence submitted to the Court in support
of the Complaint filed herein, and the Court finding that the
Plaintiff is entitled to a Final Judgment, and further finding
that it has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter
of this cause, and being otherwise fuly advised in the premises,

1. That this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and

2. That the default entered in this matter is confirmed
and ratified.
3. Plaintiff, THE WILLIAMSBURGH SAVINGS BANK, is due ~

fees, $116.25 as costs, less $ 222.05 for undisbursed escrow
