ORDER
The cause in the above captioned case in which
each of the parties and their respective counsel have executed a
Joint Stipulation of Settlement which is attached hereto, and the
Court having reviewed the same and being fully advised in the
j premises, upon consideration it is
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1. That the Joint Stipulation of Settlement of
the parties is hereby accepted.
2. Each of the parties to the within action are
hereby Ordered and directed to perform those things as required
of them in the aforesaid Joint Stipulation of Settlement.
3. The Lis Pendens heretofore filed will be
formally dissolved by separate Order of Court.
4. The Clerk shall note this action as "settled
and discontinued and the same shall be with prejudice".
DONE AND ORDERED in Ch tiers at Fort .Pierce, St.
