THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard on August 18, 1980,
upon the Motion to Tax Costs presented on behalf of Defendants,
ALLSTATE INSURANCE COMPANY and VIRGINA LYONS SALYERS, and this
Court having considered the merits of said Motion, the Affidavit
attached thereto, and having otherwise been fully•advised•in
the premises, it is,
~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Tax Costs on behalf
of the Defendants, ALLSTATE•INSURANCE COMPANY and VIRGINIA LYONS
SALYERS, is hereby granted and that a Judgment in the amount
of $252.25 is hereby entered in favor of ALLSTATE INSURANCE
COMPANY and VIRGINIA LYONS SALYERS as against Plaintiffs
GEORGE WIRSTIUK, individually, and GEORGE WIRSTIUK as father
and next friend of STEPHANIE WIRSTIUK••afid NATALIE WIRSTIUK.
