ORDER
This cause coming on - to be heard on the Motion of
Defendants, ALBERT GUGLIELMONI and LUCIA GUGLIELMONI, his
wife, to Compel Answers to Interrogatories and the Court
being fully advised in the. premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF
ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
shall, within thirty (30) days from the date hereof, answer
those certain interrogatories propounded on it by the Defend-
ants, ALBERT GUGLIELMONI and LUCIA GUGLIELMONI, his wife, and
~j upon failure to do so the Court will entertain a motion to
E impose sanctions on the Plaintiff.
