This cause coming on to be heard on the Motion'of
Defendants, FRANCIS W. KNAUPP and MADELINE KNAUPP,--his wife,
to Compel Answers to Interrogatories and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF
ADMINISTRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
shall, within thirty (30) days from the date hereof, answer
those certain interrogatories propounded on it by the Defend-
~ ants, FRANCIS W. KNAUPP and MADELINE KNAUPP, his wife, and

upon failure to do so the Court will entertain a motion to
impose sanctions on the Plaintiff.
