. SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT
i
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: that Household Finance Cor-
poration of Fort Pierce, as Plaintiff in Case No. 70-7 -5052
in the Small Claims Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, obtained
a final judgment against F'mory Pierce and Jeraldine Pierce, .his
wife, and James M. Young dated March 18, 1971, which judgment
has been fully paid and satisfied and Household Finance Corpor-
ation of Fort Pierce hereby directs the Clerk of the Circuit
Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, to hereby cancel the afore-
' mentioned judgment as all monies due the said Plaintiff in
and about said final judgment have been fully paid to Household t
Finance Corporation of Fort Pierce. Said judgment was recorded
~•in OR Book 196, page 2009, of the St. Lucie County records.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Household.Finance Corporation of
Fort Pierce has caused these presents to be executed in its
name by itas duly appointed attorney in fact, M. S. Burke, as
per Power of Attorney, recorded in OR Book 296 at page 77, of
the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. ;
