Of those paragraphs enumerated in Defendant's Defensive Motions to Complaint, paragraphs "lA", "1C", "1D", , "lE" , and "1F"are granted whereas paragraph "1B" is denied. Plaintiff shall have Twenty (20) days from date of entry hereof within which to serve an Amended Complaint.
