ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come before the undersigned on August 18,
1980, upon Defendant's Motion for Order Compelling Discovery and
Defendant's Defensive Motions to Complaint, and having heard argument
of counsel and being otherwise advised in the premises, it is
accordingly,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Defendant's Motion for Order Compelling Discovery
is granted and Plaintiff shall have Twenty (20) days from the date
''i of entry hereof within which. to, file a response'to-Defendant's Request
for Production and answers to certain interrogatories propounded by ,

j the Defendant on May 30, 1980; more specifically, Plaintiff's objections i
to interrogatories 21, 28, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34-, and 35 are overruled
~ and denied;

- 2. Defendant's Defensive Motions to Complaint are granted
in part and denied in part. Of those paragraphs enumerated in
Defendant's Defensive Motions to Complaint, paragraphs "lA", "1C", "1D", ,
"lE" , and "1F"are granted whereas paragraph "1B" is denied. Plaintiff shall
have Twenty (20) days from date of entry hereof within which to serve
an Amended Complaint.
