THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on the 18th day of {
August, 1980, upon the Motion To Compel of the Plaintiff, First
National Bank of Fort Pierce, as Personal Representative of the
Estate of Perry Carlton, and upon the Motion For Protective Order
of the Defendant, Carl Carlton, and the Court having heard the

agrument of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. That the Motion To Compel of The First National
Bank of Fort Pierce, as Personal Representative of the Estate of
Perry Carlton, be, and is hereby ordered granted and the Defendant,
Carl Carlton, be, and is hereby ordered to comply with the dis-
cove sou ht b the Plaintiff in the Interro atories and the

Request To Produce previously propounded to the Defendant by
Plaintiff within thirty days from and including the date of
August 1S, 1980.

2. That the Motion For Protective Order of the
Defendant, Carl Carlton, be, and is hereby ordered granted and
it be, and is hereby further ordered that the deposition of Carl
Carlton shall not be taken until after the date of September 1, •
1980, and it is further ordered that the deposition of Card
Carlton shall be taken upon notice given by the Plaintiff in
