PHIS CAUSE having came m before ae for hearing on August
18, 1980, on Defendants' Motioa for Physical Eza=ination of
the Plaintiff and the Coast having heard arga~ent of counsel and
being otherwise folly advised in the preaises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJOD(~D: -
1_ mat the Defendants' Motion for Physical Ezaaination of
the Plaintiff be and the sane is hereby granted, and the Plaintiff
MARY ANN PRESTON, shall present herself for physical ezaaiaation
by a physician to be chosen by the Defendants_ Upon filing of
written objection to that physician, and appropriate lotion, the
Court will det~r=ine whether the Defendants will be entitled to
chose the physician to perfoz= the independent aedical ezaaination
or whether the Court will make such a dete*~i*~tion.

2. ~e Plaintiff shall ezecute appropriate authorizations
to allay the eza~~n'nq physician to obtain a-rays previously taken
in connection with treataent of the injuries alleged in the Cor
laid.
