IT APPBARING from the evidence before the Court that Richard P. Beriah
has .failed to pay the child support as required by the Final Judgment/Order of this
Court entered on the 21st day of November, 1978, and is, as of this August Z5, 1980,
in arrears $377.00 including Court costs, it is
ORDERED that the arrearage is reduced from $677.00 to $377.00 giving a
credit of $300.00 for the six weeks the son has been in the custody of the Respon-
dent. 1fie arrearage of $377.00 is to be paid on or before September 26th, 1980.
Regular $186.00 per week payments to be resumed when the son returns to Petitioner's
'I custody on or about August 22, 1980. Payments to be made in cash, cashier's check or
j money order and are to include the $2.00 statutory Clerk's fee. If Respondent does

E not pay the arrears as provided above, he shall be required upon written affidavit
of the Petitioner to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of this Court.
NRISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
