PROCTOR, JR. appeared before the Court and personally testified and admitted
$400.00 arrears on current payments and a balance of old arrears of $972.50
for a total arrears of $1,385.50. Respondent further alleges the expenses of
a new large family which this Court does not consider a defense, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that for failure to make payments as ordered, the
Respondent GEORGE PROCTOR, JR. is held in contempt of this Court and is sentenced
to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail. Sentence is suspended
provided he make an arrears payment of $100.00 to the Clerk of Court on or be-
fore August 24, 1980, and continue to make regular payments as previously ordered
or without further notice and upon written affidavit of Petitioner,

THE SHERIFF and/or your duly authorized Deputies are directed to take
i into custody the said GEORGE PROCTOR, JR. and incarcerate for the above described
sentence. He may purge by paying .the then current arrears and costs due and owing
as certified by the Clerk of the Circuit Court. This Court and the Clerk of the
Court shall be promptly notified of his arrest.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
