THIS CAUSE came on for hearing upon Motion for Enforcement filed by
LARESSA HUBBARD against HARRY CHARLES HUBBARD and the Court having considered the
testimony and lack of evidence finds it is unable to determine accurately the
arrears existing as of this August 15, 1980.
ORDERED that Respondent HARRY CHARLES HUBBARD make child support pay-
ments of $50.00 each and every week to the Clerk of thg Circuit Court. Payments
to include an additional $2.00 statutory Clerk's fee and are to be made in cash, }
or by money order or cashier's check.
JURISDICTION of this cause, and the parties hereto is retained for the
entry of such further orders as may be proper.
