FINAL JUDGMENT ~
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on August 19,-1980,
and the Court, after-taking testimony, considering the evidence
- admitted, reviewing the pleadings and papers filed herein, finds and
determines:
1. That the Plaintiff, WARREN TURNER, sustained $4,500.00
in damages as a result of negligence which is apportioned. as follows:
(a) 75% attributable to the Defendant, DAVE PALM;
(b) 25% attributable to the Plaintiff, WARREN TURNER.
It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff, WARREN TURNER, shall
-have and recover of and from the Defendant, DAVE PALM, the sum of '
! $3,375.00 for which let execution issue forthwith.
The Court reserves jurisdiction to enter an Order awarding
costs in this action.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
