DEED OF PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE
THIS INDENTURE, executed this ~~s} day of August,
1980, between SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY as personal
representative of the Estate of Harlan P. Lyon, deceased, ~
Grantor, and SUSAN SCOTT, Grantee, whose address is:
Post Office Box 3466, Vero Beach, Florida 32960
W I T N E S SETH
The Grantor, in consideration of the premises and '
the sum of $10.00, and other good and valuable considerations,
in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, re-
leases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee, and to his heirs
and assigns forever, that certain real property situate in
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows:
That portion•of Lot 1, Block 1, of DURETT'S
RESUBDIVISION, as shown in Plat Book 3, page
33, and that portion of Lot 1, CAHOW'S SUB-
DIVISION of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Block
1 of DUKETT'S RESUBDIVISION as per plat
book 4, page 27; (both plat books being of
record in the public records of -said County),
described as follows:
At the intersection of the West right of way

line of Lot 1, C. E. CAHOW'S SUBDIVISION for
the point of beginning, and thence run North
' 88 feet, thence on an angle of 91 degrees ~
11 minutes turned from South to West 44 feet,
thence on an angle of 167 degrees and l0 minutes
turned from East through South to West 28 feet,
thence on an angle 169 degrees 10 minutes, turned
from East through South to West 17.2 feet to a 1/2
~ inch iron pipe, thence on an angle of 160 degrees
22 minutes turned from East through South to West
15.3 feet, thence on an angle of 134 degrees

to East 100.8 feet to the point of beginning.
Together with the right to use the 12 foot drive-
way located North of and adjacent to said property
in common with Frances Sullivan, her heirs and
assigns.

ments and appurtenances belonging to or in anywise appertaining
to that real property. f
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Grantee, and to
