TO: THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS AND
ALL OTHERS WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: =
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a suit was instituted by
the above n//amed plaintiff against the above named defendants
on the ~~~!'~•day of August, 1980, in the above entitled court,
involving the following described real property situate, lying
and being in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The West 5 acres of the South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 24, Township 35 South, Range 39 East, less
the South 74.5 feet for road and .canal rights of way;
LESS AND EXCEPTING THEREFROM the North 150 feet of
the West 1/2 of the West 1/2 of the South 1/2 of the
SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 less the South 25 feet of the
East 150.61 feet of the West 165.51 feet and less
the West 15 feet thereof .
The relief sought as to such property is to foreclose
! that certain indenture of mortgage dated November 3, 1979
t
from Arnold Higginbotham and Doris Higginbotham, his wife
~ to Allied Fidelity Insurance Company, an Indiana corporation,
which said indenture of mortgage is recorded in O.R. Book
321, page 859 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida. j
