ORDER
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard upon the sworn Motion of
the Husband, DONALD E. YAWN, for the entry of an Order Staying
the enforcement of_ the Judgment of Contempt by incarceration
pending the hearing and the Court being fully advised in the
premises, it is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as followed:
1. That. portion of the Judgment of Contempt dated
August 15, 1980, be and the same is hereby stayed and is in no
force or effect until after a hearing in said cause on September
j 15, 1980, at 2:30 p.m., before this Honorable Court.
