FlOndf 3349 ~ t i MORTGAGE MODIFICATION AGREEMENT THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 6th day of July, 1980, by and between AMERICAN BANK OF MARTIN COUNTY, a Florida banking corporation, ' 4313 U. S. Highway 1 South, Stuart, Florida 33494, hereinafter referred to as "Bank" and THEODORE J. CAMPO and JOSEPHINE B. CAMPO, his wife, whose address ~ is 1458 S. W. Seahawk Highway, Stuart, Florida 33494, hereinafter referred to as "Mortgagor" WITNESSETH WHEREAS, Mortgagor executed and delivered a note in the original princi- pal sun of X35,000.00 to Bank, which note was secured by a certain mortgage to Bank dated July 6, 1979 and recorded in Official Records Book 312, page 618, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the following described r real property, to wit: Being known as part of Lot (9) in Block 2, Section 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East as shown on mpa of "St. Lucie Gardens Subdivision" recorded in Plat Book 1, page 35, public records for St. Lucie County, Florida. Starting at a point being 1160.00 feet Southeasterly of the intersection of the Westerly line cf Lit ° Vb.JV~.V4V YVV.\. and the Westerly Right of Way line of State Road U.S. ~1 and extending thence: i. Continuing Southeasterly along the Westerly Right of Way line of U.S. #1 a distance of 100.00 feet to a point thence: I 2. Northwesterly along a line being at right angles to the Westerly line of Lot 9, a distance of 584.18 feet to a point in said line of Lot 9, thence: 3. Northeasterly along the said Westerly line of Lot 8, a distance of 88.60 feet to a point thence: 4. Southeasterly along a line being at right angle to the Westerly line of Lot 9 a distance of 537.82 feet tq the point and place of beginning .
