of which is aclmawledged, the parties hereby agree to modify and aanend the
above-described mortgage as follows:

1. Zhe due date of the above-described mortgage is hereby modified
and extended to the 6th day of January, 1981,
2, the PaY~ffi due pursuant to the tenag of the note and mo~rtgaRe i
are hereby extended and modified, to wit:

Bing Augv~st 6, 1980 and on the sixth (6th) day of each successive
maith thereafter, monthly payments of principal and interest of $550.00 each
shall be due until January 6, 1981, when the upaid balance of $31,014.44 plus
accnied interact shall be due in full.
3. It is further understood and agreed by the parties hereto that no
part of the above-described mortgage and note it secures, exc~t as hereinabov+e
set forth, is in any way altered, amoended ar changed, and the parties hereto
do hereby reaffirm and revalidate with full farce and effect the said note and
mortggage as modified by this agreement.
