For value received, the undersigned, jointly and severally, prolydse to pay to
the order of AT4~tICAN BANK OF MARTIN COIIt`TTY at its banking house in Martin county,
Florida, in lawful money of the United States of America, the principal sun of
Zhirty two thdisand three'hutidred ~sixy 't~ao sand 37/1110-==- DCA,IARS, together with
interest after date at the rate of 12.50 er centum per armum on the unpaid balance
until paid, and after maturity at t~ie~g est legal rate ~til paid, said principal
and interest to be payable as follaas: .

waive-presentment for payment, notice of pan-payment, protest and notice of protest,

Should it become necessary to collect this note through an attorney, each of
us, whether raker, surety or endorser, hereby agree to nay all costs of said
• collection, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs of appeal, whether suit
be brought or not,

spet•ial deposit, collateral, real or personal security, or the proceeds thereof,
