gate sum named in the promissory note of even date herewith, hereinafter described, fhe mortgagor here-
by grnnis, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, rnnveys and confirms unto the mortgages all the certain land
of which the mortgagor is now seized and in possession situate in St , Lucie County.
Florida, viz:
Lot 18, Block "B", KILLER"S SUBDIVISION, according to the plat
thereof as recorded in plat book 4, page 50, of the public
records of St. Lucie Coutny, Florida.
IN ADDITION TO THE COVENANTS HEREINAFTER SET OUT, THE MORTGAGORS
HEREIN COVENAPIT AND AGREE THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGORS herein shall make within 15 days of the
due date the payments called for in the first mortgage
now encumbering this property, to the MORTGAGEE herein
at its office or-some other place as designated by the
MORTGAGEE herein.
(2) The MORTGAGORS herein shall at the request of the MORTGAGEE
herein acknowledge in writing, the existence of this
mortgage and the amount still due thereon, on an estoppel l
form provided for this prupose by the MORTGAGEE herein.,
(3) This is a money second mortgage.
(4) This is not homestead property; the MORTGAGORS herein
presently reside at 310 N. 16th Street, Fort Pierce, Fla.
