THIS AGREEMENT, made the 20TH DAY August, 1980 ,between
the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, a F or da Bank ng Corporation,
party of the first part, and Mildred c. Newell
Parties of the second part;
WITNESSETH, WHEREAS, the said parties of the second part executed
a certain promissory note dated August 26. 1974 , whereby
they promised to pay to the SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, party
of the first part, on order. the sum of Thirty-thousand-
and-no/100------dollars (S30,000.00)

Interest at 9~ s per annum
WHEREAS• the parties of the second part executed to the party of the
first part, to secure the above mentioned note, a mortgage on the
following described premises, to-wit:

quarter (Sid~it) of Section Twenty Five (25) Township Thirty-four (34) South,
Range Thirty-nine (39) East according to the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida.

AND WHEREAS, the said party of the first part is now the holder of said
note and mortgage and the said parties of the second part are now the

i NOW THEREFORE, the said parties hereto, for themselves and their assign:
hereby mutually agree that the time for the payment of the unpaid
balance of Talent - e-th s - e-h dyed-fifty- due on said note be,
and the same is e b ex e e paid in the following manner:
Principal and interest of $4,777.99 due and payable September 1, 1981
