SUMMER, Wife - - ~ FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRI~E- - THIS CAUSE came on for trial this date and the ; Court, having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; this Court has juris- diction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is, thereupon f ORDERED AMD ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EDWARD E. SUMMER and BETTY S. SUMMER, be and the same hereby is dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the-bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligation arising therefrom. ~ = 2. CHILD CUSTODY. The wife shall have°the sole - - E care, custody and control of each minor child of the parties and each child shall reside with her., The husband shall have the right to visit each child and have each child visit with him for reasonable periods of time. The husband shall give reasonable notice•to the wife of each proposed visit, to the . end that the plans made by the husband for the children shall not interfere with the health, education or welfare of said ~ minor children. - 3.
