The wife shall bring no action, based solely on the other's income, to decrease the amount of .support stated above. The support rights of each child shall terminte and the obligation of the husband to'pay support for each child shall cease upon the occurrence of any one of the following: (a) The death of the child. _ (b) Attainment of his/her eighteenth birthday. (c) The valid marriage of the child. -(d) A lawful entry of the child into the military service of the United States for a continuous period of time of one year or more. (e) The child becoming self-supporting by permanent and full time employment exclusive of holidays, vacation and part-time employment. Payments due under this agreement shall be made through the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court, Indian River~Cognty, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, together with any charges or fees connected with such payments. Payment shall be made l in cash, money order or certified check, and the payee and ~ payor shall notify the clerk in writing within five (5) days of E ~ - any change of address. ~ Pursuant to the terms for duration of support as set forth above, the husband agrees to pay all reasonable medical dental and hospital expenses of the minor children which up to the sum of X100.00 per illness which is not covered by either _ parties' medical insurance.
