the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain mortgage given by F. Paul Hargarten and Judith
D. Nargarten, his wife and Mayne S. Allen and Jo Ann Allen, his wife
dared June 26th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in O. R. book 292 on page
1564 , securinct the payment of the sum of Eighteen Thousand Three Hundred and no/100-----
Dollars (S 18,300.00------)-
covering property in the County of - St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebteuness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and loth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quit-claim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
camel the same of record. .
