the laws of the United States of America, the owner of a certain. mortgage given by F. Paul Hargarten 8nd Judith D.
Hargarten, hsi Wife and Wayne E. Allen and Jo Ann Allen, his wife
dated June 26th 19 78 ,and recorded
in the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, in 0. R. Book 292 on page
1574 • securinet the payment of the sum of Eighteen Thousand, Three Rundred and no/100-------

covering property in the County of St. Lucie ,Florida, doth hereby acknowledge that it
has received full payment of the indebtec;ness evidenced by said mortgage and the note secured thereby, and doth hereby
cancel and discharge said mortgage and release and quitclaim all right, title and interest conveyed by said mortgage in
and to the premises described therein, and cloth hereby direct the Clerk of the Circut Court of the aforesaid County to
cancel the same of record. .
